Mooring assistance 365 days a year, 24 hours a day
Our staff are ready to assist you during mooring and when leaving your berth or to resolve any problem with your boat, your berth or the related services. Ask for assistance at any time, including via VHF CH 15 or by telephoning +39 (0)80 4247691.
Our specialist staff perform three or more tours of inspection during the day to check that there are no obvious hazards to crafts moored at the quay. Owners are, of course, solely responsible for ensuring their boat’s safety and checking their moorings.
Electricity and water supplies at the quays
Our supply points provide water and electricity with 16-Amp single-phase and 125-Amp three-phase sockets. The supply is controlled through a transponder that enables individual consumption to be calculated, to help encourage efficient energy use and provide fair billing.
Emptying sewage and bilge water
The water is emptied out using a pump at the fuel station quay; sewage is treated and sent to the main sewer system.
At Cala Ponte Marina, OTS-licensed professional divers are always available for any in-port work on structures or boats.
Exclusive bathroom and shower facilities for pleasure boaters
These fully equipped “bathroom cubicles” are individual closed rooms with all the sanitary amenities needed for proper personal hygiene. For public facilities, they offer remarkable comfort and privacy. The finishings are of comparable standard to hotel rooms.
24-hour porter and security services
The service is provided by one to four operatives in the port assisted by 35 security cameras constantly connected to the control room.
Cala Ponte Marina has a CCTV video-surveillance system monitored 24 hours a day. It oversees all the entrances to the marina, the transit areas through which boats must pass, including the harbour entrance, and the nerve centres across the whole port area. The privacy of moored boats’ occupants is strictly guaranteed. As required by law, images of the boats may be viewed only at the public safety authority’s specific request and with good reason.
Petrol and diesel are supplied, and sewage and bilge water are collected at the quay. The fuel station has 3 pumps: 1 for super petrol, 2 for diesel.
Cleaning the internal water area
Cleaning is performed daily every time the mooring staff change shift. The harbour water area is also continuously monitored and any floating material promptly removed.
Cala Ponte Marina has a high-tech fire-extinguishing system. All quays and pontoons have hydrants and high-pressure hoses. All technical staff members hold a high-risk fire-safety certificate.
